CUBA Archive II: Our digital multimedia archive system was developed for TV and film production companies, TV channels, universities and all companies who want to manage their media in a highly professional manner.

  1. Import of Media

CUBA Archive II imports and saves video, audio, graphic or text information. Various current media formats are supported. Automated indexing of meta data occurs during data importing and are available for any further search. You decide what information is important for your media assets. Through flexiblely defined templates you can map all company-specific characteristics.
  2. Media Management

CUBA Archive II provides various classifications in categories. Any video, sounds and graphics can be archived in the system. CUBA Archive II can be managed uncomplicatedly by individually defined classifications or keywords. Media browser with a comfortable and powerful search function ease your research and make effective and fast work flow possible.
  3. Management of agreement and licensing

The licensing function manages your complex terms of agreement and you do not lose track of your stored media assets. Licensing contracts can be registered directly into the system and licenser contact details can be organised. Run of validity is automatically checked and informs you of the current state of affairs. The content is checked and - if necessary - closed for export.
  4. Collections

According to your wishes CUBA Archive II enables you to create and combine „collections“ by collecting media files. On that individual collection you can access as often as you like: by managing your licensing, working on your editorial revision or creating storyboards. The media files of a collection can be exported for further processing (meta data inclusive).
  5. Storyboard

CUBA Archive II supports your editorial work flow by storyboard functions. You can select relevant assets, revise editorially and set trim-in/out-points. Afterwards you can combine the prepared media assets in the storyboard sequentially and check with a preview further production workflow connections.
